        Freezer broke down full of food ,went to showroom and found a replacement ,great customer service and knowledgeable,took freezer home ,great safed the day

        Outstanding service. My Bosch washing machine broke down last week. I rang Lewiss the next morning and they had the right machine in stock and were able to deliver and fit the new model and collect the old machine by midday that same day! Very polite and experienced staf.

        Excellent, prompt service. I bought a Bosch dishwasher Thursday afternoon and it was installed and work within 24 hours. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Also the price was the same as John Lewis so very competitive.
