What wonderful service - fast, well packed, complimentary book mark and a really lovely personalised 'thankyou tag'. I would unreservedly recommend this bookshop and will definately be buying from again.

I ordered a signed copy of a book late on a Tuesday afternoon which arrived on the Thursday beautifully wrapped in brown paper with a gift tag personally addressed to me with a message. Wow this is customer service!!
