Terrible communication. My clear request to communicate by email was confirmed, then ignored. My request for confirmation of email communication was ignored. Request to know if anything was happening was ignored, for months. All my communication requests were ignored. I then found out the other party had requested a delay (but Devon Mediation Service had not bothered to inform me of this, despite my requesting updates). I ended quit their service before any mediation had been attempted because their ongoing communication whiteout was stressful and unprofessional. If a professional mediation service can't communicate on all these levels, what exactly are their skills?
