        Im not sure of the company approach to customer service, but Im certain that the Crediton branch doesnt adopt it! I was left standing at the counter for a long time on arrival, whilst 3 men sat in the office (just to the side of the counter and open plan) looked at me and continued with their work. They all looked up but none acknowledged me or offered me a timescale for when they planned to make themselves available to assist a customer. I was ready to walk away when I was eventually helped by a member of staff, one of the 3. He was a pleasant enough man but when he had to refer a question to his colleague, I was ignored/spoken down/deemed to be an inconvenience by his colleague. I did make a purchase (because I had already tried other places), but I almost walked due to my initial experience and my dealings with one of the rudest people to work in retail .Martin. I would rather take my future business anywhere else than deal with Martin again!
