I've just had an unbelievable exchange with the window cleaners ffrom this company. On the rare occasion that I happened to be home when they came to clean my windows, I pointed out that they hadn't cleaned the sills, even though I showed the cleaner the obvious dirt. He was insisting that he had, I ran my hands along the sills and showed him the dirt and explain that the sill at the window his colleague had just cleaned, also hadn't been cleaned. He then got annoyed and told me to get another window cleaner. I was so astonished - is this what customer service is now? This is exceptionally poor and beyond believe that this is a service provider's reaction to a customer's reasonable request to do a good job

Great service. My windows are spotlessly clean. Very flexible service despite not being at home. John was very nice to communicate with.
