I just wanted to review these guys. I have been dealing with them since 1994, I had a Kinetico water softener then replaced it with them in 2009 with a Kinetico 2020C. I recently had an issue (Due to over-pressure with Thames Water) which Simply Soft dealt with quickly and efficiently. Darren came out to check the softener, and Jo in the office was great. I have spoken to Gavin many times in person and on the phone. You could not hope to get better people to deal with.

Kinetico Water Softener, supply and install & two tri flow taps install - Excellent service from initial contact to final install. Friendly and informative approach by Colin, re viewing and recommendation. George did a super install, very neat job and a tidy clear up. Jo Hope, Customer Services was a pleasure to deal with, she even chased up and organised correct delivery of salt packs after I raised a query. Total experience - seamless from end to end, excellent. Drove passed my local water softener company as there rubbish. I live in West Wickham. These guys could not be more helpful. Explained everything to me and gave really good advice. Will definitely use them again.
