We booked a taxi to collect us from Gatwick airport @ midday
No message from the driver as normal ( my wifes used company before)
She contacted company as we arrived a little early (15 min)
They told her taxi was dropping off someone and would be around to us shortly.
Tired and wanting to get back home from our flight We waited and waited and waited
After 45 min my wife called again to see where driver was
Only to be told from another person that the driver was 45 minutes away traffic was bad
Wife said pervious person had said he was dropping off another client.
Apparently communication issues
To say we are annoyed is an understatement, more like furious
Finally the driver turned up and wanted us to go to drop off point not pick-up point, then if we minded to stop at McDonalds on way home as he was feeling faint
Wont be using this company again.
Be warned to future customers.
