I invited her to call the police if I was suspected of being a thief, my suggestion was declined.
An Aldi manager then arrived, he also declining my 2nd request that they call the police if I am suspected of committing a crime.
Wishing to now just get on with my day, I emptied out the contents of my personal bag, proving I had not pilfered anything.
Pretty embarrassing, all done in full view of other shoppers in a public area of a busy store.
Will take my business elsewhere from now on.
