        We ordered some Bio-Degradable bags from them, they came quickly.... BUT... they didn't have the right look we wanted so we sent numerous emails back and forth regarding returns policy. WE paid to send them back and as requested, put an invoice inside. WE ARE STILL TO RECEIVE OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE ORDER! We sent them back nearly three weeks ago. We have evidence of delivery date etc. I've left numerous voicemails with no response, as no one picks up the phone. We will take further action if we do not receive the money the money we are owed.
