Ice Tickles Childcare

I booked and prepaid for an afterchool care(nursery pick up and stay) for my son with Lesha on an agreed date and time in advance so that I could take my other son to a day surgery. Lesha did not have the decency to give me any notice nor to cancel the appointment in advance but simply disappearing on me by not answering calls/texts, not answering her door and not showing up. She informed me the last minute that she was not available due to sickness(not an acute illness to stop her giving me some basic notice so I could ask help elsewhere). I was left with no headroom to call a friend to help with the pick up but to cancel my other son's surgery. Afterwards, Lesha conveniently disappeared on me again when I asked for a refund - not answering my calls/texts. One month on I am still chasing for my refund.

We are so grateful we found Iesha! She is a lovely person, supportive, reliable, incredibly flexible even at very short notice, very relaxed and fun! Our son feels comfortable and happy with her, and enjoys a range of different age related activities while there. We receive photos and videos and written updates during the day which is super reassuring. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for excellent and affordable childcare services!

I hit the childcare jackpot when I met Iesha. Shes incredibly kind, clean & knowledgeable in her trade. She made my daughter feel comfortable from the outset and makes sure to incorporate learning, creativity, and adventure into her daily routines. A nice touch throughout the day is also the updates, pictures & videos I get, allowing me focus on work and at peace that my little one is in safe hands. We love Ice Tickles in our household and would recommend the setting any day any time!
