Lavender Nails

Very poor service and a rude technician. I understand they are busy but I asked how long the wait would be and they told me 10-15 minutes. I am usually happy to wait but today I had somewhere else to go. 25 minutes later when I started to pack up my belongs to leave, they started my nails. The technician glued the tips on and then left me for 30 minutes whilst doing somebody elses nails. I believe they did this so I couldnt leave and they wouldnt lose business. When I asked how much longer it would be before my nails were completed, I was met with the answer of when Im done with this. The technician barely looked at my reference picture then asked me if I wanted round or square nails, when I said almond she tutted at me. She was very hostile towards me the entire time. She was rough when twisting my hands and ended up making my fingers bleed with the file. Ive had my nails done probably a hundred times in my life and nowhere has ever made multiple fingers bleed, Ive been nicked once or twice and the technician has apologised but in this instance the technician didnt even acknowledge that I was bleeding or in pain. At this point I asked her to stop and offered to pay for the work already done and go elsewhere. Another lady apologised on her behalf but the lady who actually hurt me was very standoffish and rude. They let me go without paying and that is the only redeeming quality of this event. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Today was my first visit, I had sns nails done beautifully. I've had trouble lately trying to find a friendly nail salon. Lavender Nails was very friendly compared to ones I've been to there cheaper too. Every time I go eles where I am unhappy with the results and I normally get cut! Well recommend I will be back! My second time at this nail salon and yet again wasn't disappointed, I was in a rush, the lady that did my nails was very professional and speedy and I was able to make my appointment on time with nails that I am very happy with. Will definitely be going back.
