        The most miserable, negative, grumpy old boy at front desk serving. What I'm trying to do is a bit out there, granted, but I was assured by the guy on the phone (Essex based) that they could provide what I'm after. Walked out in the end, couldn't take any more of this guys attitude. Go Catford branch, is my advice.

        Tried calling Crayford branch loads of times different times different days if they don't know how or cant be bothered to answer the phone ever then ill be taking my business else where!

        They completely messed up my order and then has the audacity to blame me for their mistakes I ended paying over 100 pounds more for the mistake and the attitude of the staff was appalling would not recommend am now cancelling my account way too many mistakes

        Great service and staffs are very friendly and supportive. We have ordered 16 windows with them for good price. I am pleased with Mick's customer service. He spent more time to do our amendment after we finalized the order. He understood our stressful situation and helped massively and amended with lots of patience. I will strongly recommend to anyone.
