        I purchased some tiles a couple of months ago. Initially the gentleman who works there was friendly and helpful but after having to go back a few times for additional supplies I found him the opposite! I asked to have something refunded but he wouldnt allow it (I had proof). He seemed to be a bit robotic and dismissive. I went to Crayford Tile Centre based on the Google review recommendations but I wouldnt recommend and wont be using them again.

        Ben is the best sales/customer service person that I have ever come across, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, helpful (and had the patience of a saint) throughout the whole process of me choosing and purchasing tiles. He even put some packs of tiles aside as I was not 100% sure that we had enough, low and behold, he was right in doing so as I was several packs under. As for the shop itself, set out well and lots of tiles to choose from. Would definitely recommend Crayford Tile Centre.
