We have used Crayford Tubes for 10 years+ I can honestly say they have never let me down on service or quality. The whole team are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly Recommend

I was sent a quote by email for 20 custom-made tubes. It was considerably higher than for 20 standard size tubes but I decided to pay the extra so I don't have to saw them to size this time and be left with lots of waste. I phoned up to place my order and gave my card details in good faith but was not actually quoted the final price during the call. I assumed I already knew that. When the invoice arrived later that day by email, however, it included a (shocking) further 20% V.A.T. charge which was not mentioned anywhere in the quote I had been given. Cleverly worded "this price includes end caps and delivery", nowhere did the quote say "this does not include V.A.T.". Phoning the following morning to ask to reverse my order to the standard size tubes which come in at almost HALF what I paid for the (shorter length) custom ones, I was told there was nothing that could be done, the order had already been made, and they were not prepared to refund the V.A.T. as a one-off courtesy measure. Otherwise a good service and product but based on this terrible lack of care, poor customer service, misleading and questionably legal presentation of pricing information, I think I'll take my business elsewhere in future. 68 for 20 cardboard tubes? Daylight robbery. Thumbs down.

Fantastic products, friendly staff and incredibly efficient. I rely on Crayford Tubes for my art business and they are outstandingly professional. You can just tell you are dealing with a company who specialises in excellence. Superb!
