This is an ex employee review not a customer. The whole unit is an absolute disgrace, broken equipment leaking clouds of hazardous dust, unsafe working at height practices (platforms and the use of the FLT), asking me to bounce a 1 ton bag of powder with the forks when clearly thing is liable to topple, dark dingy conditions with nowhere near enough ventilation, and the most basic of PPE (surgical masks and vinyl gloves)!! In the process of finding a health & safety complaint route. After 2 days there my chest hasn't been the same. DON'T EVEN TRY TO DO WHAT YOU SAY ON OTHER REVIEWS OTHER EITHER......'After speaking to staff you have no info of them ever being customers' you've typed that so much that more than a coincidence. You think agency just walk away and forget? I'm English I know the laws in UK when it comes to safe working practices.

Triton is an insurance guarantee scheme for damp proofing, similar to NHBC for new builds or FENSA for uPVC windows, but with one big difference; it guarantees the contractors guarantee... What the contractors guarantee is or needs to look like is shrouded in mystery. After being told by Isobel Taylor that I wouldnt be able to claim without it, I sent them over a document from the contractor which clearly showed that they issue a 30 year triton guarantee to cover their work. No reply. I asked for details of who to make a formal complaint to. No reply. After 2 weeks I managed to get the email address of the director (Neil Taylor). My questions to him was, why would I have Tritons certificate if someone hadnt guaranteed the work in the first place? No answer. So, I sent the document from the contractor again. He refused to comment on whether or not it was acceptable as a guarantee from the contractor. All he would say is that I needed to send them a large payment (non-refundable) to proceed and to be sure to follow and comply with every section of the terms and conditions of the claims procedure otherwise it would be refused... He reiterated and emphasised this several times over to really sow seeds of doubt as to whether I would ever get the problem fixed or see my money again. This was probably done in an attempt to put me off from trying to claim at all. Their website says 100% peace of mind for your clients. What it doesnt say is the peace of mind is only until you come to make a claim...
