F.A. Albin & Sons

We had the sad loss of both our parents. Jo was so kind, patient and sensitive, giving us time to talk and not feel rushed. She was always available to discuss any queries we had. It was a double funeral and Steve and the bearers were superb. The church is very old and narrow in places and they managed to place our parents side by side with such grace, dignity and care that many of the congregation commented on it. Albins has shown respect and care to both our parents and us as a family. They are very professional and we are grateful for their guidance and service.

On Friday 23rd September 2022 we sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful Mum. F A Albin and Sons Crayford Kent made that horrendous day for us a little easier. They were courteous caring sensitive and utterly utterly professional. The care we received from the minute we walked into their premises to arrange the day was second to none. Thank you. Having lost two members of our family during lockdown I can honestly say the service we received as a family was exceptional. They organised everything even a video link. The pall bearers were compassionate and caring as were all the staff in very difficult circumstances. Keep doing a fantastic job.

I cannot put into words how great these people are Jo and Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything went ok and it was how we wanted to say our goodbyes. Jo was phenomenal and you will not find such a nicer lady to help you through your difficult time. Steve was caring and took the time to listen and know about our loved one. Albins is beautiful, very lovely and respectful. Cars immaculate, comfortable and driven very well by the drivers. You will not find a better funeral company and im so very grateful for their help and service xxx
