The Sales person that attended to us, was friendly, explain the differences and economical value of each brand. This was our first time of using Ford and we enjoy the brand we picked. Although we ordered the car since Sept 2022, but we received it in Mar 2023.

Allen Ford group I believe that dealer doing good job that's why I come to dealer,now I got the experienced this is absolutely rubbish, The all about money ,service is not good ,I found they doing in front of you good behave when you left your car with them the behaviour changing. Basically they are busy with the service after service they give you a lump sum amount to pay they're doing video while service ,they showing service reports ,and if you decline to work there very happy to serve you if you don't decline you decide to whole work they are quite difficult.and you are stuck. I think they have short of staff so always busy doing service they park your car while long term they making an appointment they do nothing ,if you ask a questions they said before your car so many people are queue that's why we delay to you ,what's the point of making appointment then. My vehicle I found fuel sensor not working ,I do appointment with Ford Allen Motor Group which is Crayford, after two or three days Stefano padalino call me and said parts is coming, we fix your car next week. After that they don't contact me nearly 2-3 weeks left my car park away if I call they cut the line and goes to voicemail ,they never replied to voicemail. So I had to go to the branch then talk face-to-face they said we'll do yours vehicle within day or two ,they still have done anything,and then I go again to the branch they do nothing ,and another day I call speak to them rudely and they start working on the vehicle they said when we put your car in the garage we let you know ,after that they call me to confirmations your car in the garage to work on it ,on that day after 2 hours they call me again your car is ready everything is fixed, test drive everything is ok when I took my vehicle I found the same problem, Stefano said we're just fix it ,it's gonna be take times ,you need monitor your vehicle , if you found anything let us know ,I still monitor my vehicle but am not happy with that,vehicle look like is the same position.
