I had a parcel that I was not expecting. I was not in. The driver took the package to the post office in the local shopping centre. For various reasons I was unable to go there. The website said I could get it redelivered. The next day would cost 12 but if I left it another day it was free. I booked the free day but it did not arrive. To cut a long story short & after numerous phone calls I was able to collect it 8 days later from this sorting office. When I got there the 3 'Customer' parking bays were full including the disabled bay. I expected there to be several people collecting parcels. I had to park quite away passed the building. I got my disabled daughter out of the car & we made our way to the collection office. The customer parking was still full but no one was collecting anything as the collection office was empty. On leaving the collection office there I noticed some staff sitting in the 'customers' cars eating sandwhiches. Ok, you don't expect to be busy but leave the disabled space free!
