Staff arent really helpful. Amazon states online- packageless returns.. head to the store with your item, print label and the shop will package and return for you. I get to the store and Im being told they cant help me do this- I need to buy tape and do it myself. With what box? That was the whole point why I chose this form of return and Wasnt able to do it in the end, so it was a wasted journey there. Isnt the essence of this partnership with Amazon to make commission? So why try to make more money off me and be unhelpful? It isnt really fair tbh.

Staff are all helpful and friendly. Good mix of stock and good availability.

I will rate this place 4 stars i believe it does deserve great customer service alway when I visit the guy looks very happy and good welcoming The down side well is very over crowded hard to walk in Do I recommend definitely yes! As in the only shop on this road and have most of everything Do I return yea I will ..
