Got my DS3 cross back from here. Had the pleasure of dealing with Kev who has honestly been the best. Helped me so much throughout the process no matter what time of day! Listened to what I wanted and wasnt pushy at all unlike other dealerships that I have visited in the past (not Citroen). Would 100% recommend.

My wife has been with Citroen, specifically Kevin, for the last 12 years. I myself have had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin for the last 9. The wifes parents, sister and brother in-law also have a decade long relationship with Citroen/DS as a result of the outstanding service we have all received throughout the years. And it doesnt stop there, after-sale care is a simple 10/10, from servicing to MOTs, from warranty to repairs, and the relentless questions and queries from us all. Kevin bends over backwards for us all, and is a credit to the company. And now Kevin has surpassed himself, securing the dream car for myself and the wife. We could not be happier. Kevin is the reason we always come back to Citroen at the end of our lease, and will continue doing so.

Awful booked a vehicle online for a repair as had a warning light on a 22 plate vehicle, to turn up on the date to be very rudely spoken to say the manager had emailed me to discuss and I had ignored them, 1 why are they email for me to call them when they have my numbers also why am I having to call when I have booked the vehicle online and lastly no matters what why does the lady on service or reception think that she can talk to customers the way she did, Will never purchase a vehicle or use for servicing or repair again
