        Bought a vw recommended battery from them which comes with a two years warranty, the battery did not last for two yrs, I called them, quoted the invoice number and the date I purchased the battery, I was told they cannot find any information on their system, i drove there with my reciept, only for them to tell me they cannot do anything about it and directed me to the main dealer to sort it out with them, not very honest at all, this partiular branch of TPS. Please avoid them, very unprofessional.

        Had everything in stock except a rear wiper spent around 700quid in here. Wil be back. Not wheelchair accessible. But guy on the desk very friendly and helpful .Will be back.
