I have been dealing with Stebles Property for seven years now and I can wholeheartedly say that they are an honest trustworthy company. They always pay their rent on time and keep the properties to a very high standard. I have also spoken to many of their tenants over the years, who are very happy with the way they are treated and the standard of their accommodation. Five stars from me!

They are thieves, they will manipulate and take money where they can. Stealing money from single mothers and not accepting their wrongs. They will say anything to prove themselves right. They dont do their jobs properly and in the end they take your money and do not respond. Avoid at all cost. They only look at what benefits them and not the tenants. -- You have mentioned that you can NOT refund my deposit as i intentionally held information. First of all, i would not pay a DEPOSIT to hold the property if i was to know a CCJ would have an affect on the application. It really does not make sense as to why i would put my hard earned money at risk. Secondly, there is communication problem between yourself and your staff, which is why your response does not add up. Surely one would not pay a deposit if they was aware of a CCJ knowing fully well that it would be taken. I have tried getting in contact and tried explaining but you seem to just go around in circles and try find a way to keep my deposit by saying i was aware which does not make sense as a deposit would not have been made in the first place. I just want what is rightfully mine, My deposit money back!
