        As a director of a recently formed RTM company, it was my responsibility to work through the procedures of locating the right company to be appointed as our new Property Management team. I have had nothing but the most helpful advice from Jack Aldridge of Southside, in negotiating the tricky RTM way forward. Since appointing Southside as Property Managers, we have found them to be professional, transparent and honest in all our dealings. It is a pleasure to at last have found a management company operating with integrity.
