Steph is great and really helped me pull together a plan that would get me back in to shape post partum. Every woman is different and recovery is unique to the individual so Steph was great is assessing me and figuring out what would be the best exercises for me to achieve what i wanted. I started personal training with Steph as I was sick of exercising by myself with limited results. It soon became clear that I was doing all the wrong things! Soon after I started I fell pregnant, so continued the PT with the focus on antenatal fitness. The sessions were personalised depending on how I was feeling and I felt great that I was keeping up my fitness during pregnancy. Being pregnant herself at the time, I knew I was in good hands with Steph! Highly recommend her services.

I have worked out with Stephanie both in her group fitness classes (Bootcamp SE16 @ Stave Hill, Canada Water) and in the gym for personal training. She is a motivating mix of positivity, inspiration, determination and fun. Stephanie is a dedicated trainer and an inspiring athlete. She loves what she does and her passion for her work is obvious. Stephanie trained me in the gym and pushed me to be the strongest I have been, using interesting and varied workouts, which I could continue when training in my own time. She has brilliant knowledge of fitness and physiology and can tailor any exercises to suit your needs and/or rehab any injuries. She pushes you to your limits, but she does it with a smile and gets great results. Bootcamp classes are brilliant, suit all abilities but tough enough to challenge more experienced athletes. I have attended classes for the last 4 years, including up until when I was almost 9 months pregnant. Stephanie's antenatal training knowledge helped me push through to the end. Her specialised mummy's bootcamp classes also helped me in my post-natal recovery and in building my strength and fitness to return to the regular Bootcamp classes. All the classes are fun and rewarding, and it's the only group fitness that I've committed to and enjoyed long-term. I highly recommend both Stephanie's personal training and her classes.

Thank you Stephanie for a great 6 week course, you really focused in on the areas we all wanted to improve - namely pelvic floor and core - and I felt every session gave us the opportunity to work these areas. You were fab with the babies, and I always felt comfortable to go off and feed, or calm my baby when needed!
