Fernham Homes Lockesley Chase

I brought a brand new house from this developer, in 6 months top floor two bathrooms already both leaking several times, they probably didn't do waterproof at all. Also kitchen pipe had a big leaking too. Roof has one spot leaking. I don't know what I can say, they throw all responsibility to a third party company, after pay they don't look after me anymore. The maintenance company tried to repair leaking, after one month now leaking again. My neighbours also suffering same problems, that maintenance company is very busy to repair a lot of issues, poor quality houses.

Fernam Homes Lockesley Chase is a small newly built community, mostly consists of 3-4 bedroom houses. The developers have built up this space quite well and there is ample of green space around as well as car parking for visitors. The location is quiet and serene but not far from the A224. There are couple of parks around the area with playareas for kids as well as space to walk the dog.
