Very simply; purchased 33L of petrol as seen in the photo. I went inside to pay and use my loyalty card. As a driving instructor this is my single largest business expense and I therefore refuel every single week.
A younger lad Karthik, didnt scan the card but pretended he did. Tried to tell me to go away and come back another day. His manager Kuru, simply scanned my card on someone elses fuel. As seen on the pictures he lied and scanned diesel.
I honestly dont mind an innocent mistake but to then lie to me a couple of times and allow me to leave was ridiculous. I went back to challenge the dishonesty now rather than the points - its pence! They argued and said they couldnt help!
Ive left an enquiry with customer service. You two were extremely poor in your service. I come here every week and dont deserve how you spoke to me. Still finding it funny afterwards really
EDIT: After getting home and looking, the loyalty card number doesnt even match mine! Another lie, avoid.
