Grabex have quite long lead-in times (several months), but once they were here they did a great job both assessing the space and installing our new windows and were quick, polite and diligent. They did mix up which hardware we wanted and installed the wrong one, but came back to replace it as soon as they could, and also replaced one of the panes of glass as they noticed a tiny defect in it (which was so slight I don't think we would have spotted it). The price was also very reasonable in comparison to a couple other window companies we'd looked at. My only real gripe with Grabex was that we had a few rude emails sent to us by a particular member of staff sent between 3am and 5am. But he was the only member of staff who was unpleasant - everyone else was nice to deal with. Once we'd signed the contract, he went away and we dealt with other people instead. In summary, the price was fair and the work was good, but our experience of Grabex's communication was quite poor. Just giving you all a head's up so you have the full picture here!

We had our windows installed 3 years ago. They're absolutely brilliant and transformed the house. When there was a crack in the glass after installation, the customer service we received was excellent. Grabex honoured the warrently and are refitting with replacements. Can't fault them.

We have used Grabex to replace all the windows at the front of our house, some new french doors and also a side entrance door! We installed Timber sash windows and love them! They have transformed the look of our house and are of great quality. Our house is old, and nothing is level or straightforward, Grabex have been very patient in helping us to get the look and feel that we want to achieve, and that also physically fits! Very knowledgable staff and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for new windows or doors!
