        All my employers have used sts for flooring materials in the last 10 years+. The staff on the counter are always good, the office staff are good on the phone but the deliver drivers are a**holes, they deliver to which ever order they like, your expecting a 9 am delivery and the drivers come at 3pm. If your waiting for an sts delivery dont count on the times your quoted, the office doesn't really know because the drivers then choose there order regardless of arrangements made with the office.
