        the staff are usually really nice but I was recently charged for three Nutellas when I only bought one and didn't notice til I was already home. Also, the shelves have been consistently bare since the start of covid and the spice shelf is generally completely empty - even though other co-ops I have been to have had full spice shelves?

        Ordered via deliveroo - terrible service. I only wanted one particular thing and it was unavailable so I wanted to cancel the order (as I only bulked up the order to meet the minimum order requirements). But I was told it was too late to cancel as they were already preparing my food - bearing in mind everything I bought was frozen items and the order hadnt been picked up by the driver yet ! I was told that if I cancelled Id still be charged the full amount anyway so theres no point. Honestly rubbish service and I will never reorder.
