Lyndsey was very rude in the interview and fed the wrong information to me through previous conversations over the phone. To which another rude lady called Tracy who I have never personally met spoke very arrogantly over the phone and spoke to me as if I know half the information she was talking about but again the staff need to be re trained,due to poor communication and how to be respectful.
