        We have used Fresh Erics a few times now when we had a charity coffee morning or just for a family get together. The cakes are delicious and always go down well. Eric is a pleasure to deal with.

        Highly recommend, excellent cakes and great customer service! Salted caramel shortbread, raspberry & coconut, coffee & walnut and brownies tray bakes were all excellent. I placed an order to be delivered by post but the team got in touch with concerns about the incredibly hot weather and the quality of the cakes in transit. They offered a refund but then realised my address was near to one of their trade delivery routes, and arranged for my delivery to be included on the refrigerated van at no extra charge. The cakes were brilliant quality anyway but I was particularly impressed with the service, very much appreciated.

        FreshErics cakes have kept us going through the various lockdowns. Our whole family can heartily recommend the vegan friendly pumpkin cake. I always thought granola bars were boring until I tried Erics. The millionaires shortbread is moorish and the lemon and courgette cake is exquisite. The choice and quality is outstanding so fill up on these yummy cakes.
