        Literally without fail this company manages to cut me off when I call them. Lady answers, puts you on hold and it cuts off. I pay them 350 pa for the pleasure

        Appalling the attitude of most of the staff in the office when you have to phone with a problem is dismissive and abrupt i have had nothing but trouble with my monitored alarm since installation in 2015, I paid 384 service charge this year ,and after the second engineers visit in less than a week today i still have a problem, but you are frightened to phone in to report it because of the attitude of the female office staff. KK
