        The engineer adjusted our underfloor heating , having criticised the previous installers poor quality work (irony) then proceeded to accidentally turned off our underfloor heating leaving us with a cold kitchen area over several days during a busy family time - we had vulnerable adults staying here. Senior engineer attended (duly criticised the previous engineer's shoddy work) and rectified the problem in minutes but no apology or compensation for the considerable inconvenience from AC Wilgar. Easy to criticise colleagues, less easy to maintain and keep public confidence. You are only ever as good as your last job and this one wasn't great. PS That said, we received a phone call from the MD after posting our initial experience and an apology and compensation was gratefully received Service: Heating system maintenance
