Took them over an hour to even put the pizzas in the oven and that was because I called up and asked where the pizzas were and was told they're just going in now after an hour of waiting.
Was then told no delivery driver to deliver the food so waited again.
Finally decided to go to the store and there were at least 4 delivery drivers there.
Spoke with staff, no apology, refund or discount offered. Then got a call to say the pizza was now at home.
Got home, pizza was stone cold and inedible. Tried to call and complain but kept getting out on hold.
Ordered from DOMINO'S PIZZA instead. Pizza arrived in 25 mins and was piping hot.
Honestly can say it was the worst delivery and customer service experience I have ever encountered.
Spent well over 50 with them too and no one cares...
