Guy turned up, pleasant enough chap. However I fail to see how someone can turn up for a job without testing the necessary equipment to deal with the rodents was fit for purpose. He was here on behalf of a housing association. I have no choice but to report it to the housing association as it's time wasting like this that costs the housing association a lot of money, which in turn puts out rents up. I certainly wouldn't use this company if I owned my home. Service: General wildlife removal

Absolute joke of a company, they visited the building several times, I originally highlighted where there was previous access points that may have reopen, told me to look around and patch any holes up (isnt that your job?), then they put rat poison containers in several area of the building and said theyll be back in 2 weeks (roughly). Long story short, its been several months now and after the first visits, each re-visits has them making an excuse for not doing any additional work to process the issue. Their level of competence is at par of Liz Truss if not worst. Thats telling your something. Please, if you do have any issues with pests or whatever it maybe, go to a reputable company. Theses guys are the definition of cowboy builders.
