I have been with Caremark over seven years as a Field Care Supervisor. I have had good support from management to progress in my role. I have received appropriate training to improve my skills and knowledge throughout these years. I have a great time working with the clients and carers. It is very rewarding when challenges and expectations are met to provide an excellent customer service. Management cares for the growth of the company and its employees.

I have recently returned to Caremark after working for them previously and I can honestly express the support from management is amazing and they really push you further in your carer. The team are very pleasant and work together like one big family. They supported me through my bad health and on a day to day basis ensuring I have support I recommend them as an employer I have worked for many care agencys and never found family like these lot
