A big shout out to the Orpington branch! We want to say a big thank you for helping us with picking and fitting our carpet for the stairs and bedrooms. And an even bigger thanks for your patience whilst we delayed fitting and also changed our flooring style last minute. We got there in the end and happy to have chose carpet giant for our flooring. Will definitely be back here for future flooring purposes.

This is the second time I am availing their services. Top notch service this time too. I haven't seen anyone doing such a clean floor vinyl installation yet, especially the silicon on the corners. I strongly recommend them. I will use their services again in future too.

Amazing service from the sales team to the installation of the carpets. Carpet installer (Mike and his young son) completed an amazing job, did a thorough job and helped move some furniture. He was an absolute pleasure. Thank you, very happy customer
