Melissa was absolutely crucial to our property purchase! Although we had hiccups (mainly due to waiting for gov documents) she made she we were informed at every opportunity. Melissa took all of the stress from us and was absolutely fantastic, and even surprised us with some moving in gifts which we thought was lovely. I cannot recommend her enough!

We recently bought a house through Melissa McGrath - Keller Williams and both Melissa & Darren provided an excellent experience throughout the process. After an unsuccessful bid on a neighbouring property, the estate agent contacted us about the house we have now bought to arrange a viewing, prior to it being publicly listed. During our initial viewing Darren was very knowledgeable about the house, responding to all our questions, and those he didnt know off hand, he contacted the seller then and there to provide a response very quickly before we decided to put an offer in. During the conveyancing process, we were always kept in the loop and giving accurate timescales throughout the process. As first-time buyers with no prior experience of buying property this was gratefully appreciated.
