        The employee Rebecca K is the sweetest most kind employee you will ever come across five stars all round, her attitude towards learning is like no other! i was having a bad day and she was a little ray of sunshine ! ( i'd give her 10 stars if i could)

        Should be NO STARS however lowest is one star. Staff need customer service training. Advertise as pharmacy in store but there isn't any.

        Today I visited the store and whilst I was waiting for assistance regarding a product a member of staff was busy assisting someone else but when it was my turn she looked at me and continued assisting people that were behind me. So rude. I walked away so upset and found a lovely lady who helped me straight away to find the lipgloss I was looking for ages :-)
