        Staff followed me around the shop like in a shoplifter, I was only trying to find a pin eyeshadow that I liked. Will go elsewhere in future!!!!

        I frequently use the threading girls in Nugent but I can honestly say they are never on time. 10am they should be waiting for their first customer, not 10.10 or 10.20 as is often the case. Also a more designated area would be good, rather than poked in the corner which is very cluttered and having to move your feet as they pass huge trollies of cosmetics through for storage. It's not a cheap process so I expect a better service.
