Worth noting that if you're a beginner who is interested in Muay Thai, the only way to start out is 1-on-1 training! The Tuesday class is padwork and conditioning, with no instruction or guidance and if you don't know the basics, you're going to struggle. Thursday's class is a sparring session, so even less suitable for novices. The atmosphere is friendly and the trainers appear knowledgeable but the adult classes are just not intended for newcomers, despite what the website and testimonials will indicate.
