        Friendly enough in store, but quoted twice the price compared to another local company for the same spec of Origin windows (literally twice the price - 8k vs 4k). I queried the difference in cost and never heard from them again.

        Lack of professionalism. Our appointment has been cancelled 3 times before someone was able to turn up for the appointment. Even when they came to fit the door they did not have the right tools to fit it. Total waiting time is 3 months and 3 days and still no door. Do not recommend! Too expensive for the poor service provided.
