St Mary Cray Practice

I moved from the central of London to Orpington and was faced with a choice GP I decided to take GP the one who is closer to me and now I really regret this in my choice. There is no chance to get to the doctor. All problems are solved over the phone (never seeing the patient) I needed a letter about my wife's current condition and THAT there is no letter and no refund of the 33.00 I paid for the letter it looks like (fraud). If anyone is looking for GP then bypass this address.

Excellent response to my e-consult with this GP practice received an hour after submitting my query and a prescription sent to my pharmacy. My experience is that GPs at this surgery care about their patients and are always empathetic.

Myself was heavily pregnant ...Went there to register a new patient( old lady)...The receptionist gave the forms and told to return before 1145 am. We went back there at 1138 am ...was second in queue..when our turn comes, its 1142 am..the receptionist refused to accept the forms saying that its 1145 on the clock. She was very rude and raised voice at us. Very unfriendly...and not approachable.

Done Two econsults, told they would call by 6pm the next day to both of them and got no calls, I tried calling the surgery many times over the course of 5 days no answer, went to walk into the surgery and its closed early! Nothing on their website about closing early!

Doesn't seem patient friendly... reception area tiny couldn't swing a cat in there..Staff seem indifferent and rather disingenuous to say the least . Have mobility issues couldn't see a chair anywhere..Seem to be sharing the building with the local dentist which is crazy since the building doesn't seem to be spacious enough for one operation never mind two.. yet to see a doctor.. Telephone induction s are the norm so if you turn up there expect to be turned away..
