        Can never get through on the phone. Never get a face to face appointment. And they don't prioritise children for appointments. Will be leaving the surgery

        I have been with this surgery for over 30 years, first under original Dr who was amazing, now under various GPs who never seem to have the time to listen. Still no face to face appointments, you get a 3hour window for a call (after waiting a week or more) and they don't call in that time, they are always late. Then the call is rushed, they don't listen, and do not take a long term view of your health. Really terrible service, now, and thankfully we are moving soon so we can leave this awful surgery.

        The worsest surgery in the UK, Ive ever experienced! Strating from the receptionist sand finished woth most of the doctors. No wonder why I am seing different doctors every time, even on my message it says other name. Every time sending me to the emergency care as they never have available appointments. Or if you are luck to get an appointment will be via the phone. Then they prescribe you a medication without examining you.
