Co-op Food - Carlton Parade

Ive been using this store for a few years and the staff and service is always great. But this time I got the worst attitude from a young member of staff who when I asked that I didnt receive a receipt from the automatic till. I said can you print me off one please as I need to put it on my business expenses. If no receipt then can I return my items and she refused that also. They decided to write me a receipt on paper which didnt say anything but the name of the items! Very bad service.

Just been served by the most disinterested assistant I think I've ever witnessed. Served and almost thrown my change in total silence. The previous customer was treated just as badly. More interested being on her phone and clearly put out by having to do the job she's paid for.Step aside and let someone do your job who wants to do it! Awful.

Very nice and clean shop staff are helpful and kind but I was just wondering could you have more people on the till because sometimes you are waiting for ages in the line because the only 1 person on the till in the evening but the card only ones are fine but I see I lot of people having trouble with them when they go wrong so I was just asking would it be ok to have more people on the till because I was in the line abd I lot of other customer were not happy they wanted to live there stuff and walk out but they thought no we are going to wait
