Fantastic guys in service. So helpful and kind and efficient. Really go above and beyond.. thank you Had to change from 5 stars to 2 because the service guys were great but the sales team were awful and tried to offer me 20k for my car so I sold it to We Buy Any Car for 23k instead

They scratched my car then treated me with disrespect. Ive been coming to Steven James Ruxley since 5 years now, but this time it was different. First they were rough with my car giving some scuffs. Although the damage was minor, the way they handled it was appalling. I always check my car before and after the service. While collecting my car back, I noticed some minor scratches on the left back side. The service guys first reaction was as if Im faking it and trying to get a pre existing scratch fixed for free. The scratch was very fresh with plastic particles still on it. When I asked to see the manager, he got his colleague out with him to support his claims. His colleague was more blunt in claiming that the scratch was not fresh, although they got polish and fixed it. I was happy with the fix as there was nothing major visible now. But they still claimed that it was not done there, so in other words, I was lying to get my car fixed for free!! So much for not taking responsibility of your mistake. After coming home, I checked my car in more detail and saw another new scratch at bottom back caused by some kind of claw like instrument (scratch is in pair). But obviously theyll claim it was pre existing and more aggressively now as Im already out of the service centre. So theres no point arguing I guess!!
