I must have been there 20 times in the last year or so to do business banking and never had to wait more then 5 min to be seen ( thats extremely rare nowadays for any bank) staff acknowledging and polite, and whats more importantly they get the job done. Now not all metro branches are like this ( and dont even get me started with NatWest) but this branch really really stands out.
