Compared to the other market of the same chain, this location is poorly managed, the stuff is often moved around, you don't find many products that you can find in the other outlets. Cold rooms are often dirty. I sent a few emails to get information both to the main email and to the Manager, but without receiving any response. Honestly, the office was managed much better a few months ago, I don't know what has changed. I highly recommend going to the Croydon location.

Ive used this branch for a few years and they are genuinely decent but their delivery service is terrible. Their managers asked me multiple times to use delivery so i started using it. All the time there is missing items, literally every delivery. The fresh veg or salad is out of date or squished under everything else which makes it unusable. I never know what time my delivery is coming as the notification they send is always so far off the realistic time. When I report the missing or spoilt items to the driver they say they will tell the store which most of the time they dont. Then I have to manually request a refund for my missing items. Lastly if a delivery has a problem like this week. I have no clue and have to call the store myself to find out about my delivery which then they reply that it will be delivered the day after which is no good for me trying to run a good place. I understand all places make mistakes but this store is doing it way too often.
