Training with Sarah has been fantastic. As someone who finds a busy gym an intimidating place to be, seeing Sarah privately has been a game changer. I can train in private and I'm really enjoying it! The fact that she is a qualified nutritionist adds to her ability to give the best advise and plan for you. She helped train me and gave nutritional advice before a half marathon where I then managed a personal best. All thanks to her! Sarah is professional, knowledgeable and great company. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been training with Sarah for 4 years and I must say she is the best PT I have ever had. She now knows me so well and has changed my entire mindset about crash dieting and exercise. She is so intuitive and real, understands the woman's body and hormonal changes. She has made me feel confident and strong and I am no longer obsessed about the scales. I have learnt to not feel guilty about food and my weight and have learnt to enjoy weight training so much. I have a good weekly routine with Sarah. Since the Covid restrictions and when the gym closed, we have been training on Zoom too. She also sends me training sessions on an app when I cannot see her and I am able to do that alone at home with basic equipment. I recommend Sarah 100% and more. She has become one of my favourite weekly meetups and is definitely part of my long term health care plan!

I have trained with Sarah for 6 years in the gym and more recently, during lockdown, over Zoom. Her persistence keeps me focused and committed to my gym schedule and has supported both my strength training and the development of my running. Along with more confidence and drive to stay healthy, I find I am making the right diet choices to support progress in the gym. The expertise and guidance Sarah has provided through my strength training sessions has been amazing. Her consistent reminders on form (even at a distance), gentle yet strong encouragement to do more each session and redesigning of my sessions keeps me progressing consistently. Ive also seen the results from these sessions improve my running and it has helped me to achieve my goal of running 5km and 10km. The nutritional expertise Sarah offers for improving my diet has led to improvements in my daily life. Im now eating naturally and feeling better. Finally I would say, dont underestimate Sarah, her calm & friendly manner is added to a core of steel - our sessions are always hard work yet fun!
