Really great experience with Jaydas, very accommodating with pick up and collection times. Great price for the peacock wicker chairs but if the delivery cost was more reasonable (dependent on the location), I would have opted for this option.

Contracting their service was seamless and working with them is top notch. Right from the beginning when I contracted them, there were no hassles. I just wanted to make an order for a birthday party in my garden. I spoke to someone over the phone, called them and messaged on two of their numbers on WhatsApp. I even made the order online and sent the form, and waited for a quote. I waited for over 2 weeks and theres no response at all. I think they are ignoring me as it is a smaller order and not a big wedding party. It is unethical and unprofessional for not even getting back to me with an answer. Totally disappointed. If you have a small order then dont waste your time with them.
